Development
Conveniently located on the eastern fringe of Perth’s CBD, with uninterrupted Swan River views, is a developing retail precinct that is a game-changer for East Perth. Earmarked for completion at the end of 2024, the precinct will offer cafes, restaurants and eateries, a medical centre, health and wellness clinics, a childcare centre,pharmacy supermarket and more.
The development is undergoing advancement in phases with the last phase slated for the end 2024. Retail space is currently available for lease to prospective retailers. Retailers already secured include Foodies Market (IGA) as a major anchor alongside Zambrero, Next Practice Health, Kuddly Panda Childcare, The Track, Luxeglo Medical Aesthetics and Porter’s Liquor.
In late 2024, the precinct will commence a schedule of events to activate the precinct which will roll into 2025 and beyond. The development unlocks the growth potential of the populus and underserved consumer market in East Perth.
