A Retail Precinct Under Development

Conveniently located on the eastern fringe of Perth’s CBD, with uninterrupted Swan River and Langley Park views, is a developing retail precinct that is a game-changer for East Perth. The redevelopment of the Shoppe on Langley Park retail and entertainment precinct is forecast for completion in June 2025 and is currently in the leasing phase. The redevelopment of the space will link the retail precinct with the hotel and serviced apartment accommodation, Residence on Langley Park. The precinct’s car park is now open to the public offering 700 undercover car bays close to the Perth CBD. 


Retail space is currently available for lease to prospective retailers to join current retailers – Foodies Market (IGA), Zambrero, Next Practice Health, Kuddly Panda Childcare, The Track (24/7 gym), Luxeglo Medical Aesthetics, Criniti’s and Porter’s Liquor. Available space for lease ranges from 50sqm – 700sqm.
