The Experience
What is Neon Brush and what can I expect?
Neon Brush is a 90-minute fluorescent painting experience that invites you to use your imagination and creativity to paint what you’d like. This event is BYO so you can come with your beverage and enjoy it while you paint. Glassware will be provided for your BYO drinks.
What will be the theme of the experience / What will customers be painting?
Customers are free to follow the design of the artist under their guidance or paint whatever they want to. In any case, the artist will be there to give you some tips!
Can users keep the painting after the experience?
Yes, they will be able to take the painting home right away.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last approximately 90 minutes.
Do I need to bring my own supplies?
No, we will be providing all paints and equipment for you.
I have never done a painting class before, do I need to have any skills?
No, this experience is open to any skill level.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
No, this event does not include a bar, you can bring your own drinks but nothing will be sold on-site.
Do I need to wear special clothing?
We’ll be providing aprons to cover your clothes. However, we do recommend wearing clothing that you wouldn’t be too upset about getting dirty.
Are there any special instructions for the experience?
We do not recommend this experience for people with a phobia of dark environments. There are no special instructions.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Is the experience accessible to hearing impaired people?
Yes.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Absolutely! We encourage guests to take photos throughout the experience.
Tickets
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs, or reach out to our user support team here.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Tickets are not available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can’t find my ticket. What can I do?
Normally, you can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don’t have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcome at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. However, they do not get to participate in the experience. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue is able to offer access to wheelchairs and seating.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Yes, you will be seated during the experience.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this event is 12+. As Neon Brush is a BYO drinks event and alcohol will be consumed on the premises, minors need to be accompanied by an adult and will not be allowed to drink alcohol.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 5-10 minutes prior to the start time of the experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
No late entry is permitted as this would disrupt the flow of the class for other customers.
Will toilets be available on-site?
Yes.
What is the venue and where is the entrance?
The venue is at Shoppe on Langley Park, and the event will be held in the Twilight Room.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes, Parking is available on site, and is free if you spend $20 at IGA.
How can I get there by public transportation?
Public transport options to reach Shoppe on Langley Park in East Perth include:
- Buses:
- Bus Route 960: This is a convenient route that runs frequently and stops near Langley Park. You can get off at the stop along Adelaide Terrace, which is just a short walk to Langley Park.
- Bus Route 935: Another option with stops along Adelaide Terrace. This route also runs regularly and provides easy access to East Perth.
- Trains:
- McIver Station is the nearest train station to East Perth. From the station, you can walk south towards Langley Park. Alternatively, you can catch a bus from McIver Station towards Langley Park.
- CAT Buses (Central Area Transit):
- Red CAT: The Red CAT service runs through East Perth, stopping near Langley Park. It’s a free service that loops around the city, making it a convenient option if you’re already in the city centre.
Can I bring animals?
No animals, besides service animals, are allowed under any circumstances.
Are service animals allowed inside?
Yes, service animals are admitted inside the venue. However, no other pets or animals are allowed.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Neon Brush is a BYO licensed event. You can bring beverages and small food, we will provide glassware. Please remember this is a dark setting so food should be kept minimal.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
It is forbidden to smoke or vape during the exhibition.
Is there air conditioning/heating?
Yes.
Is there a cloakroom / lockers available on site?
No, neither a cloakroom nor lockers are available on-site. However, there will be space next to your tables or at the corners of the room where you can leave your coats / belongings while participating in the experience.
What do I do if I leave or lose something at the venue?
If you are in the area and wish to pass by the venue during opening hours to ask personnel about any missing items, please feel free to do this. Otherwise, please contact us here and we will see with the venue if they have found your missing item. If so, you can then pass by the venue to pick it up at a time of your convenience.
